What is Depression?

Whilst we all experience sadness or feeling flat from time to time, this is typically relatable to a specific event (e.g., job loss, relationship breakdown).  Depression differs from sadness in its relatedness to everything and its intensity. Symptoms of Depression can include:

Treatment for Depression
